how would you make yourself viable in terms of knowledge and capabilities in a knowledge economy?

hello my dear audience its me again, hope you like my blog posts. In today's post i am going to talk about the knowledge economy, for you to be viable in the knowledge economy you need to have the basic knowledge that is the simple and basic education that everyone needs to have.In business terms, knowledge economy revolves around the production and consumption of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital consists of  three categories and they are the following: human relationships, relational capital and structural capital, human capital is where the intangible value of the business, covering the staff, then comes the relational capital is where the value of the firm's relationships with the stakeholders, staff, buyers, suppliers and customers, the last capital is the structural capital is where basically the estate and all the assets of which Intellectual property is one.  This knowledge economy is now being recognized in companies as it grows to take up a large share of all the economic activities. the intellectual capital of a company that makes and sells stationary can be as equally important as producing the stationary. Intellectual property refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; and symbols, names and images used in commerce.
